CLASSIC GUIDE
PROFESSIONAL. FAST. IT’S THAT SIMPLE.
Thanks to the highest level of precision and safety plus complete documentation, SICAT Surgical Guides minimize the risk of treatment failures as well as the hassle involved in any follow-up treatments.
THE SICAT SURGICAL GUIDE LABORATORY converts SICAT CLASSIC GUIDES directly into accurate surgical guides on the basis of radiographic templates and 3D X-ray data.
HOW YOU BENEFIT: you produce the patient-specific radiographic template yourself with the assistance of your laboratory – accuracy of fit is guaranteed.

Order bite plates directly in the SICAT Portal. These plates feature radiographic markers and play a crucial role in fabricating flawless, individual radiographic templates.
OPTIGUIDE
Implants as early as the second appointment
Integrated implantology for CEREC users is now even easier, thanks to the new SICAT OPTIGUIDE method for preparing surgical guides. In the past, the dentist had to take a conventional impression in the first session in addition to a CBCT and CEREC scan as the basis for creating an x-ray and surgical guide. The SICAT OPTIGUIDE simplifies and accelerates the process, requiring only a CBCT scan and an optical impression with the CEREC AC.
- Model and radiographic scan stent no longer required
- Completely digitized process
- Safe and economical placement of implants thanks to precise and cost-efficient surgical guides
- The decision to work with a surgical guide can be made at any time during the planning and consultation process, without requiring another cone beam scan
- More implants are possible due to greater patient acceptance
- OPTIGUIDE surgical guides guarantee an accuracy of less than 500µm deviation at the apical end of the implant
What are the benefits?
Patients appreciate accelerated treatment options, and their acceptance of top-quality treatment increases when they realize they can be "back to normal" in both appearance and functionality much sooner with SICAT-guided implant treatment.
- Using CEREC Bluecam, take a digital impression of the jaw and plan the prosthetics in the CEREC software
- Using a GALILEOS or ORTHOPHOS XG 3D scan, diagnose the bone condition and integrate the prosthetic suggestion into the x-ray volume
- Plan the implant and consult with the patient. Send the optical impression and your plans to SICAT and order a surgical guide
- Implant insertion using SICAT surgical guide
- Provision of a CEREC temporary prosthesis

CEREC GUIDE 2: Implant Insertion
Greater accuracy due WITH drilling guide
The combination of the CEREC workflow with the three-dimensional image provided by our 3D imaging devices means more safety for beginners and experienced professionals. Integrated implantology makes it possible for you to simultaneously plan surgery and prosthetics and to implant them precisely using a surgical guide – keeping the added value in your practice.
Restoration planning: Prepare and export the finished individual restoration proposal with soft tissue information.
Surgical planning: Merge the CEREC data with the 3D imaging scan. The diagnosis and implant planning are carried out here. The exact visualization of the nerve canal gives you even more assurance.
Implementation using the CEREC Guide 2 surgical guide:v The CEREC Guide 2 produces the fastest and least expensive surgical guides in the world. Fabrication in your practice takes only about an hour using the CEREC milling unit.
